Admission fees: $100 non-refundable, per child, for re-enrollment and/or new enrollment.

School Uniform

At Manara Academy, our official school uniform is purple shirt and gray pants. Uniforms can be conveniently purchased through the French Toast website, where you'll find a variety of sizes and fits to ensure comfort and style for every child.

What grades does Manara Academy currently serve?

Manara Academy is a K–12 Islamic school. For the 2025–2026 school year, we are enrolling students in pre-kindergarten through 6th grade. We will add one grade level each year until we reach full K–12 capacity.

Do you accept North Carolina Opportunity Scholarships?

Yes. Manara Academy is approved to receive the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship for the 2025–2026 school year. If your child has already been awarded the scholarship, even if you initially selected a different school, you can still transfer the scholarship funds to Manara Academy. We will guide you through the simple transfer process.

How can we apply for the Opportunity Scholarship?

Families can apply online through the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA) at https://k12.ncseaa.edu/opportunity-scholarship/. Applications typically open in early February. Eligibility is based on family income and other criteria. If you need help, our admissions team is happy to assist you with the application.

Step 2: Pay the Admission Fee • A $100 admission fee must be submitted to process your application. •

Step 3: Admission Interview & Test • Once the application is processed, we will schedule an admission interview and an assessment test to evaluate the student’s readiness for our academic programs.

Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Previous School Records (if applicable), Parent/Guardian Identification, and Any Additional Documents Required by Manara Academy
